Police: Worker killed at industrial site in Blountville identified
Authorities have identified the employee of Pave-Well Paving who was crushed by a dump truck driven by another employee on their property located in Blountville Tuesday.
Glenn Burchfield, 60, of Johnson City was killed.
Police said incident appears accidental. The body has been sent to the Quillen College of Medicine for autopsy.

A report from the Sullivan County Sheriff's Office says an employee of Pave-Well Paving was crushed by a dump truck driven by another employee on their property located in Blountville.
"The two men were dumping loads of materials when the victim exited his truck and was run over by the driver of another dump truck," the statement said.
The name of the victim has not been released.
A worker with Pave Well Paving has been killed in an accident on an industrial site in Blountville, Tennessee, according to preliminary information from police.
The worker was reportedly struck and killed by a truck that is also owned by Pave Well, said Sullivan County Sheriff's Office Public Information Officer Kristen Quon, at the site located at Centenary Road.
Police were notified about the incident just after 11:30 a.m., the officer said.
