Johnson City teens charged with aggravated assault

A police report said Arnaldo Torres, 18, and Hayley Webster, 19, are both charged with one count of aggravated assault following the incident on Orleans Street just after 3 a.m. Tuesday.
The victim told investigators that Torres and Webster were both wearing bandanas over their faces and used a pistol to assault him during the crime. A neighbor saw the attack and called police, causing to the teens to run from the area, the report said.
