Police have ID'd person of interest in Church Hill home robbery case
Church Hill police say they have developed a person of interest in a robbery case where a resident was assaulted and tied-up inside their home.
The victim who resides at a dwelling in the 500 block of Short Street told officers that they were attacked Tuesday evening and had been knocked unconscious for a quite a while.
Officers said the home was ransacked and various items were stolen, the report said. The victim was able to break free from being bound and call police on Wednesday. He has been treated for injuries at a local hospital and released, the report said.
