Search for dog in Bulldog Hollow leads to marijuana indoor grow


A deputy with the Carter County Sheriff's Office on assignment to find an aggressive dog ended up discovering an indoor marijuana grow operation in Elizabethton, Sheriff Dexter Lunceford said Tuesday.

The property owner, Nama Sudhara Beaudry is charged with manufacture of schedule VI narcotics, the report said.

The search at a residence in the Bulldog Hollow Road revealed the 60 pot plants inside of an outbuilding behind the home, according to the sheriff after a search warrant was obtained.
