Sullivan South teacher charged with unlawful photographing
A Sullivan South High School teacher has been charged with unlawful photographing in violation of privacy following a Sullivan County Sheriff's Office investigation.
Authorities were called to the school in reference to inappropriate photos being taken by an employee earlier this month.
Estuardo Rivera, 54, was charged with 12 counts of unlawful photographing in violation of privacy which is a Class A misdemeanor. He is being held in the Sullivan County Jail on a $10,000 bond.
Police added that due to the age of the victims, no further information will be released at this time.
