The clock is ticking to get those last-minute gifts for Valentine's Day.

News 5 checked with local florists on Monday to see how they're handling the last-minute rush.

The owner of Pippin Florist, Thomas Gibson, says they came in on Sunday to get some orders started. He says they'll just do the best they can to accommodate everyone who wants flowers delivered.

"This is the busiest two days we have. Mother's Day is busy all week, but this is the busiest two days,"

Gibson says his vans will be heading out at 7:30 Tuesday morning and the schedule is getting full if you're still hoping to have your order delivered.
