UPDATE: Bradley arraigned in court for Halloween murder in Johnson City
A Johnson City man facing murder charges was arraigned in court on Friday.
Randall Bradley, 55, is charged with second-degree murder, accused of stabbing and killing 72-year-old Otis Church.
Church was found dead in his home on St. Louis Street on Halloween with stab wounds to the neck.
Police say DNA evidence links Bradley to the killing and witnesses saw him near the home. Witnesses told investigators that they heard a scream from Church's residence and then saw Bradley walking away.
In a court appearance in April, Bradley told the judge said he is a military veteran who suffers from PTSD.
Bradley doesn't have a trial date, but is due back in court November 6 to check the status of the case heading to trial.
