Wise, VA man gets two years for drug, shoplifting
A Wise County, Virginia man has been sentenced to two years in prison after pleading guilty to drug and shoplifting charges.
Police said Joshua Adam Collins, 33, of Wise, sold a schedule II drug to an undercover officer in March 2016 and was caught concealing merchandise inside a state ABC store two months later.
Collins was also arrested after investigators said he assaulted a witness in his case in the parking lot of a Wise grocery store. He was also placed on five years of probation following his release from prison.
