Bristol, Virginia police, DEA find cache of drugs, money and guns in 2nd Street raid
Two suspects are charged after local and federal agents raided a dwelling in the 110 block of 2nd Street in Bristol, Virginia, and found a sizable collection of guns and drugs.
Earl Harold McCoy, 43, is facing drug and gun possession charges after the officers found methamphetamine and heroin with a street value of $4,200 along with 22 guns and $4,260 in cash, according to a report from the Bristol, Virginia Police Department.
Lauren Kate Smith, 19, of Bristol, Tennessee, was also taken into custody at the residence on outstanding charges, the report said.
McCoy is scheduled to be arraigned in Bristol General District Court on March 7, according to court records.
