UPDATE: "Serial stalker" arrested

    UPDATE: Church Hill Police said Torono has been arrested by the Kingsport Police Department and is being taken to the Hawkins County Jail.


    The Church Hill Police Department says they are looking for a man they call a "serial stalker."

    On Twitter, police wrote arrest warrants have been secured for Albert J. Toronjo.

    They said he's wanted by the CHPD for two counts of aggravated stalking in reference to several incidents in the Silver Lake Mobile Home Park.

    Police said Toronjo has numerous arrests in Kingsport for the same behavior.

    They said he generally poses as a handyman offering to do work and seems to specifically target residents where he thinks women live.

    They said he may be traveling in a light blue 2004 Dodge mini-van with Tennessee tag number J24-88G.
