A man wanted out of Scott County, Virginia for a probation violation is behind bars in Sullivan County, Tennessee and charged with domestic violence.

Justin Luke Ketron, 39, of Kingsport was found on Morelock Street in the Bloomingdale community after police were notified of an initial call of someone trying to break into a home on Alabama Street Monday afternoon just after 3 p.m., according to a report from the Sullivan County Sheriff's Office.

The probation violation stems from an October 2012 conviction on an attempted capital murder charge. Ketron reportedly tried to run over a Scott County deputy during a traffic stop that year, according to court information. He entered an Alford plea to the charge and served a four-year prison sentence with the other four years suspended, a court report said. A Scott County judge issued an order for Ketron's arrest on April 28.

Ketron is being held without bond in the Sullivan County Detention Center in Blountville.
