Kingsport man found safe in North Carolina
KINGSPORT, Tenn. —
UPDATE: Collin Trey Stover has been found safe in North Carolina, according to Kingsport authorities.
The Kingsport Police Department issued an endangered adult alert on Friday afternoon for a man they said has a history of mental health issues.
Collin Trey Stover, 28, was last seen driving a mint green Ford Focus compact sedan with Tennessee license plate 4F70B8, the report said.
Stover's family said he had been acting erratic lately and the last time they heard from him was on Thursday when he called from a North Carolina number. He had gone to visit a family member in Elizabethton on Tuesday, police said.
Stover is a white male standing 6 feet tall weighing 180 pounds with buzz cut brown hair and blue eyes.
