Ryan Blaney and Kyle Larson were able to check out on the field in Sunday's Food City 500. But Mother Nature held the Monster Energy Series in check all afternoon Sunday.

Five red flags and a steady stream of rain was enough to force NASCAR officials and Bristol Motor Speedway to postpone the remainder of the race until 1 p.m. Monday afternoon. Kyle Larson will be posted as your leader with 204 laps complete.

Weather will still play a role in Monday's activities with temperatures forecast to chill into the 40s. It will be a stark contrast from temperatures in the 80s most of the weekend. Snow flurries are even in the outlook for some parts of Tri Cities.
