Tennessee babysitter charged in toddler's death

    A Sumner County, Tennessee woman is charged with the death of a 2-year-old boy that was injured while in her care.

    Kayla Pauze, 25, was indicted on charges of first degree murder and aggravated child abuse in the death of Aiden Hale, according to a report issued Tuesday by the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation.


    The report said Pauze was responsible for an injury that caused the child to be hospitalized on March 26. Aiden died three days later.

    Pauze is being held without bond.
