COOL VIDEO: Above the Fog over Johnson City

It was quite the foggy start to Sunday across the Tri-Cities after heavy rain Saturday night. The leftover moisture on the grass and pavement allowed for the fog to form, creating some awesome looking sights on our cameras.

This was the view from N State of Franklin Road around 7am Sunday morning. Reduced visibility at ground level.

Fog isn't anything too uncommon in our area- as you probably know. We average around 35 or more mornings with fog reported each year. That's some of the highest amounts anywhere in the nation. The other areas that see a lot of fog? The Northeast, Pacific NW and San Francisco...
