Scattered snow and bitter cold through early Wednesday (11-28-18)

Highs Tuesday were about 20 degrees below average! It was just above the coldest high temperature for the date (record is 31 set in 1950).

Wind chills will drop into the teens in the valleys and single digits across the higher elevations through Wednesday morning (below zero higher mountains)! Use caution and dress warmly when heading out.

Scattered flurries and snow showers along with isolated snow bursts will be around through early Wednesday. Around 0.5" or less is possible in the valleys with higher totals in the mountains (especially from snow bursts). Be alert for icy roads, especially bridges and untreated roadways.
