Weather Rewind: A warm and wet 2018
2018 is in the books and will go down as one of the warmest and wettest years on record at the Tri-Cities Airport.
54.23" of precipitation fell (rain and melted snow). We ended the year with a rainfall surplus of 13.22"! 2018 was the 4th wettest year on record at TRI.
It was also very warm overall. When you average the highs and lows together, the yearly average temperature was 58.0 which ranks as the 5th warmest on record (tied with 2015).
